To preserve the integrity and craftsmanship of our pieces, all returned or exchanged items must remain in pristine condition; unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused, free of damage, and presented with all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required for every request.

Items that do not meet these standards will not be eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a request, please contact info@tadiwanasheofficial.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Upon approval, our team will share the necessary return instructions.

All requests must be submitted within 14 working days of receiving your order. Return courier fees are the responsibility of the client.
